Here at Bisqit we have a regular Friday slot designated to the age-old American practice of Show and Tell. Each week we all gather for breakfast whilst someone, from the studio or afar, sparks a discussion about something designery. This is something I had never come across at other studios, and is given real importance at Bisqit.
This week it was one of our very own, Clarence, who took the reins. Aptly entitle ‘The ingredients of Claribo’, a nickname given to him for his love for everything sweet, Clarence took us through some projects he had been secretly working on ‘when I have nothing to do’.
From book jackets and film posters to paper Gundam costumes his breadth of work left us pretty dumbstruck – and anxious about our jobs. I mean, just look at some of his stuff:
It was a great presentation and gave us all a real insight into the previously unknown creative talents of this Ravensbourne graduate. You can see more of Claribo’s work HERE. Until next time...
