  • An assorted 2012 selection

It’s been a very eventful year for both Bisqit and the news.

From multi-billionaires to the largest sporting event in the world, these news stories, accompanied by a seasonal tea-time classic, became our inspiration for this year’s Christmas mailer.

Working with illustrator Miff Weaver, a concertina biscuit tin is on it’s way to our clients and friends highlighting the comparisons betweens stories such as Prince Harry’s naked antics and a ginger nut.

Bad taste? Probably. Fun to create? Definitely, and on that note, Merry Christmas everyone

Lots of love, the Bisqit team xx

  • Published: ‘Design: Paper’

A new book landed on my desk this morning ‘Design: Paper’ described by publisher Rockport as ‘a curated collection of 300 exquisite designs, along with detailed essays from designers in the field surrounding the essence of creating designs using paper as the medium.’

One of the 300 is our design for the 2010 SABIC annual report, many thanks to Rockport for including it!

  • How do you find a great idea?

That’s the question we’re asking in the new Bisqit newspaper which landed with a thud outside the office this morning.

The paper features recent work from us, accompanied by our philosophy on finding that elusive idea.
So how do you find a great idea? Well that would be telling!

If you'd like a copy of the paper, please drop Sophie a line at [email protected].

  • SABIC Annual Report 2010

Hot off the press, we’ve just taken delivery of our latest annual report for SABIC, the sixth report we’ve produced for them. This year’s report reflects SABIC’s ‘Culture of innovation’ by the bold use of laser foils and varnish treatments, with the year’s success stories and manufacturing capabilities demonstrated throughout by our new location shoot, taking in Europe, Saudi Arabia, India, China and the USA. To add to the challenge, the report is printed in both English and Arabic versions.
